Believe it or not, there hasn't been much dilution. The OS in Dec. of 2008 was 83,260,579 and today it is 93,260,579 and that extra 10 million was in the way of restricted shares until 2012 that were issued to management(for the great job they have been doing) and to settle lawsuits. I think the decline in pps is the result of people just getting tired of holding this and seeing nothing being accomplished. JMO!!
