Was anyone there from the SEC ? Did anyone meet anybody from the SEC ? UNder what authority would the SEC invoke to keep CMKX or Urban from speaking. They aren't under a gag order, suspension, or halt.
Accept this, Urban BLEW this DEAL. IMO, what a totally dumb move. Upon erview of this evening actions, I can see clearly why we have the present gentleman as our IR person.
