Most institutions look at what they did to shareholders in the last acquisition and instantly say 'pass'.

Obviously his 'talks' with them are not going well. Given the email exchanges I had with him, I cannot say I am surprised. His rationale of what institutions were looking for was ridiculous.

Stocks that involve Crane are quickly becoming taboo, the added risk tied to his name means people move on quicker at the first sign of weakness.

mis-statments broken promises and canceling multiple CC's is the pattern for Crane and that is not going to change.

Smart money will wait on the sideline rather than be burned again, those who hold will be sorry they did and will soon jump on the Crane hater wagon.
