Yes a true expert he may have hopes of running for public office. He knows how to hedge his words. However I do think he expects to relay some of what has been found on the 15th after Addx tells some of it to the world.

Somethings such as we have what appears to be a significant commercial oil discovery in the range of x-y. final numbers will be released within x weeks of completion of this last well.
