The DL600 was filed some time ago but it still needs to be approved correct? and wmo is saying lES thinks it will be approved today?

I could probably do some research and figure it out myself...

but could someone explain what the DL600 is? My guess is that it is the land allocation survey...but it's just a guess.

already did, it is simple...it is a binding contract if something needs to change it is modified with new approvals needed. In Medinah's case once the Chinese walked and the complexity of the participates chnaged so did the DL 600, so for the most part the "majority" of it stayed the same and basically a cut n paste. I know what Les is saying and I know what Kirk is asking but they are not on the same wavelength. We are waiting on tax rate approval.
