People probably getting impatient with it being a sitting duck @.40. Hasn't really moved from that area in days. If they were smart, they'd put that PR out at about 3 pm today like TWTC and create a rally right into the close/weekend/Monday to keep the juices flowing and renew interest in them.

Being in line with their debt covenants is a major deal right now.
