It's not that easy kachingpdx, the manipulation happens on every exchange, including the big boards. Just take a look how they manipulate the prices during option expiration week.
Until audited finalcials and the growth prospects regarding stock issue is resloved, I dont expect any appreciation. It all rests in the hands of Parsons and the board he controls so firmly.
