I just dont understand how there is almost 92 million in volume and no movement. The a/s an o/s must be a HUGE number. Is there a r/s in the making? I am intrigued by this company an am just wondering what kind of volume it would take to move the pps in the right direction and to substain an upward trend. Would like to think the services provided by this company would generate a nice profit, again I just dont understand how the pps is so low. Only explanation is the D word. Curious as to weather this is ongoing or if the company is taking steps to eliminate the need to do this in the future. TIA

Selling a billion shares a quarter put this in the cellar, where it belongs.

The O/S is 1.4 billion(9/30) and counting. YTD sales is $30k and they've lost $400k this year. $165k of this is payroll, $200 is interest. Accumulated loss for the company is $10M.
