AB, Assuming all your talk about smell test is truly a great fear of yours, what in your opinion is the likely worst case scenario?

It is something financial, right? What? What is worst case if you believe cash equivalent figures?

Hiding accounts payable? Hiding debt? What?

I will say I can understand fear of cooking the books in public stocks in general but I would tend to expect that more in companies with debt.

My assumption is there is not too much preferred convertibles left.
