I would just try to buy the amount you want outright. MMs will determine block sizes depending on who has what and for what price. Also, this stock moves so quickly with little buying pressure that the delay between sales could cost you and you could have to re-adjust your bid in order to fill your order(s).
I would put in the order for 30k shares all at once. Just make sure you allow partials and it will get filled gradually if needed. This is usually the default setting so just dont select "All or none" condition.
