OK, guess we will agree to disagree.....

I'll just take an easy out, and say the fact there was no form 4 is technically correct, and the subject of form 4 being required or not is another matter.....they could have filed form 4 if they wished, and wanted to give their PR more teeth, so the fact they didn't raises an eyebrow IMO......

PS: I'll also say the way I read things, they look to be way late in that registration filing, and the timing is suspicious, possibly some damage control....that's IMO too, before anyone bites my head off for proof.....

anyway, good debate......and GLTY....
