Due to QT prolongation. I am most interested in knowing whether QT prolongation happens in other doses other than 2 and 4mg and how severe it is.

The trial dosed to a dose limiting toxicity. The DLT was pancreatic related. The pivotal dose will be between 15mg and below 60mg. All TKI's cause this same effect to some degree but others got stung with other DLT's.

Merck never had a TKI. What they had was an aurora kinase inhibitor, which was infused i believe. As you may know aurora kinases are known for being toxic. I think the efficacy was so so, it probably hit T315i and a ton of other things.
