Probably someone who 1.) Really needs the money, or 2.) is really impatient and feels they could do better in the "short-run" with another stock. I'll go with the #2. I've gotten burned by that strategy.. so I'm sticking in. Anyone got $10k I could borrow to put down.. LOL, I could use another 76k shares.. :) :)
