You sound pretty convinced....and time will tell but a call after close is usually not good unless in this case it's followed by FDA PR the following morning.

I understand that Dean said he would not release the FDA approval "if received" on a cc but that doesn't mean he won't discuss delays which is what I'm concerned about.
