I does not seem to leave much wiggle room if it is not true - forward looking and all. The story just does not match though.

Mr. Luiten admits TA issues all shares. But the 3.8 million to pay for the $570K cash and whatever shares paid Greenlight or their creditors (they were shut down.)

I notice the careful wording.. "Zenergy International, Inc., a producer of biofuel solutions." Not a producer of biofuel - not a drop. No, SOLUTIONS.
