On 12/04/09, Health Sciences Group, Inc. (OTC:HESG) would like to announce that it is in strong negotiations to acquire a minority stake in two separate Montana-based marijuana growing, distribution and care giving operations.

By acquiring a stake (big or small) in these "care giving operations", I think will make things much easier for HESG to get licensing. They would now be considered care givers and not simply pot growers
