Well it is starting to tighten up now. Looks like all who were willing to sell at the low levels are out and everyone is hanging on now for some upward movement. Could happen soon if the filings submitted by BEHL to Pinksheets are enough to satisfy the removal of the CE.
I don't understand who the people are and why they are willing to sell their shares at the lowest price of the day. On the other hand I know who is buying. Trying to get the lowest price and most shares possible. Greedy people with money to spend. Don't get me wrong...If I still had cash I would be doing the same thing. I wonder is it the sellers or the buyers who keep the price down?
