You never know for sure. However, WRSPQ ran from very low levels to very high levels last week. There are some that own shares very cheap and have been offloading. Others are loading trying to get in ahead of the next bit of news on the Liberty/SIRE front in regards to WRSPQ. The extension of the POR filing is VERY positive for shareholders IMO.
