Given the low volume and falling price, I'm guessing the "old news" isn't getting a lot of enthusiasm. Considering the past disappointments, I think it will take a lot more than PRs to get the price back up on any trading volume. Probably results that show up in financial statements. The next "news" that I'll be interested in is whether the company files the 10Q on time and regains compliance to move off the pink sheets.
