...looks like the company is still moving forward with plans...I suggest they truly stick with their intent of not commenting on stock boards...Despite the open communication, there is an ever increasing shadow being cast of an 'upset' financier...and we know from last year what happens as a result of that one...None-the-less, I hope they close the deal before the financier pulls the plug again...At this point, I just want to shake my money out, and then some...It would be nice to put and end to this play after a year long wait....GLTA!

well isnt that sweet. ol lumb sent out another BS email. where to start.

1) acknowledgement that they have not done as promised as of this date. a reasonable amount of time has lappsed since they promised to do it immediately and still not filings made. this leads a reasonable thinking person to believe that they have lied.

2) Same as above

3)refusal to state even the most basic information about the claims. makes me wonder if they even have any claims.

Im still waiting on news on a sale, but I gotta admit... this update was fluff.

Im still holding my shares tightly though.
