Scotrade made this a NO buy stock a long time ago. Usually its because there are some issues with clearing funds between SCT and the MM's because of the company....this is the latest Politically shut the heck up answer they gave me. I have been given several over the past couple of yrs so who knows.
They say there looking out for your best interest.
