Good Grief! It certainly seems to me that regardless of opinions for or against the future success of GBI that GRBG management doesn't seem to give a spit about any of these obviously strong opinions as indicated by the loud, deafening silence. We all know opinions are like elbows and everyone seems to have one.

There is obviously no tangible track record to predict the company's future success. The CEO is brand new and has no track record as a publicly traded company manager. The products are brand new and have no sales record to predict future income. The brand name itself is brand new and there is no data to predict consumer acceptance. The package design is brand new and there is no track record to predict consumer awareness. The sales force, if there is one, must be brand new in the overall sense and hasn't sold this product so there is no way to predict future sales. These are facts. It also seems to be the typical description of thousands upon thousands of pinksheet penny stock companies.

If this was the NYSE or NASDAQ, all of this feigned "concern" would be warranted, but it CLEARLY is NOT. Even if it was, facts can be distorted, remember ENRON? Is anybody here confused by what these "investments" really are? If anyone believes penny stocks are something other than pure speculation than we clearly do need the "protection" of all these good Samaritans.

I believe that anyone who chooses to put money into penny stocks is playing a lottery (with just about the same odds). If the share price isn't a big enough clue, then the daily percentage changes and volume variations should be enough to clue in even the densest of "investor" that something is different with these stocks.

This obvious mountain of uncertainty is certainly figured into any valuation, thus the penny nature. But to try to couple the factual uncertainties that clearly do exist with this stale rhetoric of CEO guilt by association with past shysters is ridiculous as it isn't fact based until some fact reveals differently. Every one of us knows people that we choose not to assoicate with. Why should the people running this company be held to any different standard?

If you are in, you're in, and you already know why. If you are out, you're out, and you already know why. It is a free country, so if you want to help then go save a whale or a snow owl or some endangered insect rather than trying to "save" free thinking people. However, I would suggest that this focus on conjecture, which coincidentally borders on misinformation, is merely a feeble attempt to boost your own ego and prove to someone (sadly -probably just yourself) how much smarter you are than all of us other mindless lemmings.

How about this, since the last real mention of progress and news from the company was "cash flow is positive", meaning something real (not just "news" PR's) must happen in the next 45-60 days (allowing for a year end summary). Until the 4th quarter results are released or something else VERIFIABLE through real customers comes to light, any movement in the price or volume of this stock is happening for unsound business reasons.

So why don't we all chill out, be patient, and as you should with any penny stock, be CAUTIOUS!

Just my personal opinion. If anyone is offended by my personal version of objectivity I will apologize for speaking my mind and long as you aplogize for pushing baseless propaganda.
