I think it would be beneficial for him to restructure and bring the SIRI and Worldspace deal through which would help Worldspace out and SIRI. There isn't really a reason for him to wipe out the common of Worldspace.

This is the big issue here. So far for me I've got a good trade here but to see if there's an outstanding opportunity one would need to know the fate of the commons.

Would love to get a good opinon from a corporate lawyer on what kind of 'power' Malone has with his bankruptcy purchase - what he actually owns etc. Also how he can steer the chap11 his way.

Liberty and Malone may feel that they can in fact 'turn WRSPQ around'. Over the last couple of years, having read a lot of comments on boards is that the ceo Samara (even though he founded the co), has run the co into the ground. Thus in the company of (no pun intended:) Liberty and Sirius, things should really look up.

WRSPQ will probably become a subsidiary company of Liberty. The India portion is owed taxes that has to be paid plus other expenses. Makes sense that first the debt has to be cleaned up and then the assets will be sold. Of course I am not a lawyer, so what I am commenting is just my own opinion. I believe the licenses are super important assets so are SiriusXM content and satellites.
