And depending on whether or not Bill has followed through on exchanging his common for preferred that could be very bad news.

If he has not, then why not. It was announced a while ago.

If he has exchnaged already then one would want to see the O/S reduced by 200 million common shares NOT the same as it was before.

I see NO CHANGE as bad news here because you do not know where the 200 million common shares and and at what price they will hit the market.

Exactly, the float is unchange that is pfoof, NO DILUTION, I am so glad I get to add cheapies this week. When a stock goes to new 52 week lows on low volume like this one has it is load the boat time and wait for all the good news to start flowing. Look at FRHV and the recent charts, they ar eusing the same form as we are to get our products into stores and read last weeks news they put out. It is almost launch time and a few of us that got in all the other multi baggers early are ready and loading up here for when this one takes off huge.
