Funny how this guy is claiming to secure a $350 Million Dollar Loan, yet they can't even clean up the books enough to pacify the extremely slack rules and regs of PinkSheets.

What books? This company was/is put together for the singular reason to form an aerospace conglomerate. They do have financial statements current up to 6/09 on pinksheets.com

Samples, You evidently have missed the economic chaos over this last 1-2 years. Many companies that have been struggling are selling at deep discounts due to the fact they can't raise the money they need. Quasar will have the cash so you just sit back and watch history being made. Going to set some big precedents in the small cap markets.

The status was updated when PinkSheets removed the "STOP" sign and changed their status to "Limited Information". I would assume that they will become fully reporting when they actualy have something to report ... fully.

Two things will happen Monday.
News
No News
regardless the same outcome in the long term...<10 days.

Short term, >3, <5 days, No news has two options:
QASP breaks that .025 wall and it continues its steady climb into the news. Those waiting to by in Bought Friday. New investors are thin till Dean raises his skirt for all to see. PPS goes sideways.

QASP bounces off that .025 roof and no news will send it down .02 or more as the newsless few days linger on.
Still the same long tern out come so its a win win if you flipped Friday or Monday to pich up another bag of cheap shares.
If your not in yet you better be praying on this scenerio.

I have to stay cautions about the news...No Body KNOWS!
All I pray is news is of, 'what has been done'

Yall have to be a bit concerned. Its fun to get lost in blind faith, but I highly doubt anyone here has bet a home equity loan on this play into news.

Just like an FDA play I sold 250K Friday EOD, Just in case! Felt liberating. But that was a little than half my shares. Insurance on no news Monday, tuesday, wed........after that its in the Stratosspere and none of this matters. I DO NOT WANT NEWS TILL the following Monday. That Friday b/4 will see us above a dime. IMHO.
Really none of this matters looking at the big picture.
Yall should read some of the e-mails I'm getting about stock picks. This should be top center on everyones list. Lord knows I've posted QASP on 4 different boards trying to keep this alive on some, kills me! Blows my mind some don't even get it.
