non-reporting issuer and manufacturer of cleaning sensation Winning Colours
Stain Remover, reports that it is nearing completion of its 2009 Issuer
Information Statement for filing in January 2010, thus commencing regular
filings through Pink OTC Markets Inc. www.PinkSheets.com. The intention to begin
filings was referred to by Winning Brands earlier in the year as an objective by
year-end; the company is now confirming formally that it will be proceeding as
indicated and that the first filing will include information for the year 2009,
reflecting the cumulative effect of all operations since January 1, 2006.

Since January 1, 2006 Winning Brands had been in a phase of early stage brand
development called "Initial Operations" commencing with its acquisition of
Niagara Mist Marketing Ltd, a boutique manufacturer of advanced cleaning
solutions. The purpose of the Initial Operations Phase, which included extensive
R&D and test marketing, was to determine which product and market factors would
best serve as a USA launch platform for Winning Brands' innovative cleaning
solutions. During Initial Operations, Winning Brands has invested several
million dollars to purchase, design, test and own a variety of contending
formulations, trademarks and goodwill. Winning Colours Stain Remover has emerged
as the lead brand for USA launch purposes. Winning Colours Stain Remover has the
unusual performance quality of being as strong as a solvent, yet gentler than
soap, with the result that Winning Colours is remarkably kind to skin and the
surfaces to which it is applied. Duration of the Initial Operations Phase for
Winning Brands was determined by the need to ensure that performance
characteristics of its lead brand could compete and surpass the best in class to
become America's favourite stain removing product and multi-cleaner - and to
warrant an international consumer following.

A characteristic of the Initial Operations Phase was for Winning Brands to
obtain listings with the Canadian subsidiaries of U.S. owned retailers, such as
Walmart and Home Depot, who have stores coast-to-coast in Canada. This was in
order to prove that Winning Colours Stain Remover would satisfy consumer
performance expectations, even when used by thousands of store customers
spanning a variety of demographic "types," and to prove a low rate of product
return. A further objective of Initial Operations was to demonstrate to
category-leading national retailers that Winning Brands is capable of doing
business with them.
