Everyone has an opinion for whatever it is...do your own DD and make your own decision. There are lots of motives for statements made everywhere...again...opinions...do the DD and make the decision for yourself! *S* IMHO the steps being made bade for something good...IMHO

I have.......twice. Nothing in it relates to SEC compliance. Nothing in it suggests that the 10K is forthcoming.
