What I know is "whoever" paid for it would benefit from the promo. That doesn't leave too many people now does it? Anyways, "who" wasn't my main complaint, as was clear. The timing was! The sp was doing fine until the PSC promo hit.
As to "and that insiders were selling"? I believe you're mistaken. I couldn't possibly know that so it makes no sense I would say it. You probably misinterpreted something else I said.
As to what's "true" or not. You never have any more than another person's word on that. I like things in writing. Nice and official. Like filings.
