As a common investor, all you will need to state is that you believe illegal naked short selling has occured with HESG. The SEC will investigate further if it is warranted. If enough people email the same complaint, they will be forced to investigate which will equate to phone calls being made and all BD's to start answering questions. If they are in the wrong, I hope they all have their stories straight beforehand because it appears that this was orchestrated.
