There's no true definition of a Pinksheet "scam" that I'm aware of. And I've never used that term, myself, as best I can recall.

If someone wants to buy VTPK based on the facts, fine.

The purpose of the board is to discuss the facts.

The facts, as best I can tell, show that the project is halted and may never be completed.

When and if it starts back up, it may get some interest, But I hear funding is a bit of a problem for them?

anyway .. why do you care? you have already stated .. its not about the company and you could care less about the share holders because you're just here to make a few bucks .. from this "short squeeze of a life time" ..

the lender Gutmen investment was set up in secret by the park promoters and the company .. trying to deceive the public ' claiming they were an investment company loaning Vertigo 75 million dollars - mind you there was no disclosure the park promoters ( who is also a board member ) was the owner of the so called new investment company of of Florida

tell me Chuck .. when you read these PR's do you believe them to be insiders setting you up - or would you believe they are a real company working with vtpk?
