The idea is to make the SEC and Fed realize that the public(IPWG shareholders)know and point out that there is a wrongful chill on IPWG(backed by the fact that Signature Leisure is solely responsible for releasing shares onto the market earlier than the six month term outlined in the wrap-around agreement they did with IPWG). There is no go get 'em, the correction to remove the chill is what needs to happen, that's enough resolve for me when dealing with the SEC or the Fed. They need to be approached respectively. The naked short situation is a civil matter and has no cause for conversation here.

The chill needs to be lifted. I'm calling out to all shareholders to get in touch with the Fed(who runs the DTCC, mark attn JPD): http://www.federalreserve.gov/Feedback.cfm or Mary Schapiro(Chairlady of the SEC): 202-551-6000 ext 4 to submit your request for the removal of the wrongful IPWG suspension(chill). If you call Mary say that you represent an individual investment firm, make something up, be creative, don't be a douche. IPWG is a real investment, not a lottery ticket.
