There is nothing to argue about the deal with Marvel. Marvel was bought by Disney because of the potential this company has. They just started using their OWN studios to make movies based on their characters and for ANYONE who believes they didn't do their HOMEWORK on SPNG you can suck on a lollipop. SPNG had heat on them when this document was finally signed...Marvel isn't run by monkeys, its a company that has been around for YEARS! Their stock is trading at 52 week highs.
That would be OCTOBER 11, almost 2 whole months ago.
~!~ Oh please, give us a break here... spng sends out a single form letter in October, which sits in a big pile with other companies until someone gets to it to apply for a merchandizing agreement like a gazillion companies do and that's a big negotiated hyper deal that you make it sound like no one else gets....
