I will start writing it out all in one post. JD is a really nice man to talk to on the phone. I'm sure he doesn't like people hounding him, but he remembered my call and by voicemail a couple of days ago. I asked him several follow-up questions and he answered them all.
I will write them as best as I can remember and from the notes that I was taking while talking to him.
