MM's are playing games. They are holding orders making weak hands nervous that it might go down because it looks like no one is buying right now. They expect you to sell. Then they fill orders piece meal and want you to have to buy at higher prices. If they trick people into selling then they will only fill a little while they lower PPS, but then they bring it right back up. Something like that....
