If this were a big cap or even mid cap then yes. Pennies are more volatile and a movement into the 3's is likely during a rally from the high teens or low 2's ... this needs to close at or above 3 or it is not showing nough buying pressure to justify further movement north. Maybe clarity on share structure or sales figures would make this thing run a little higher but until these things are revealed expect people to cash in chips on the high points
