They may stagger the closings instead of doing them simultaneously as previously stated by Dean, simply because if they happen back to back to back, it's essentially the same in terms of not tipping your hand to the competition. I suspect the cost savings he was trying to realize were related more to acquiring the funding than closing the deals... those are essentially individual items even if done at the same table.
