Good luck getting through to Mary Schapiro. Once you tell the secretary that you are an individual investor, she (Schapiro) becomes unavailable to speak. You get handed of to the advocacy department...and lost in the system. I was on hold for the advocacy department for a while and then bounced back to Ms. Shapiro's secretary. She took my number to give to...whatever bureaucracy, spin my wheels, get lost in the system department worker who will have to put up with listening to me talk about a penny stock I feel is being manipulated and cheated... I am sure their eyes will glass over as they doodle on a notepad waiting for another lame voice on the other end of the line to get done. (yeah, I don't think much of large government bureaucracies..) I will report back when I do actually talk to someone, but I am not holding my breath.
