Why no Smelter? Cost and Permits....

I'm no expert at all, but I've heard that it's a billion dollars to open a new smelter. And nobody wants one near them. It'd take forever to get the permits.

Someone else more knowledgeable than me can give better guidance, but those are the two obstacles, and I'm pretty sure I'm not too far off on the cost.

Almost a billion dollars to build one in Salt Lake city 15 years ago. Can only imagine the cost is higher today. Heavy Environmental polution. Company has trouble with 60mm in debt - God knows about 800mm.

sleep, no problem, dumb questions are easy to answer. cprk can just about by itself a cup of coffee right now. and, of course i dont mean dotson, family, and friends. they have clearly lined

their pockets handsomely at shareholder expense. if they put a fraction of what has been diluted into the company, we would be in the dollars per share right now, not SUB-PENNY !!!
