The question is, is there oil that can profitably extracted and will anyone provide enough money to do so. Based on past history, I'm betting no.

Read through the company's previous "finds" and you'll see this isn't the first time "step 1" looked great and "step make money" never came. In fact it would be the first time "step make money" EVER occurred. They're all at http://uchb.blogspot.com/
