Maybe they haven't filed for Ch 11 to protect assest because they have no assets?

Obviously Chap 11 or Chap 7 is not an issue for CORS. The 200 million dollar question is what is the "ISSUE"? I wonder if they they have anyone left that is running the business besides Mr Minnaugh such as HR or PR. The holding compant obviously had employees and a BOD. Has anyone tried contacting the company? Billiam 2? Any comment?
