SGZH - well even 200 Million shares would be 13 times higher than current share count - so that would wipe us out by itself. Billion at 66 times higher would just be a little extra insult.
I guess you trust them or you dont.
My question is why have they got 30 million in the balance sheet and not got into the mine consolidation act? The very least they could do is loan some money to PUDA :-)
SGZH, heck that is what I was asking myself yesterday evening. Why would they increase the A/S for uplisting? Do they wanna do a forward split? They have 27 million in cash or so. The only possible thing I can imagine is that they will take over some mines or another company which is really expensive but still then 500 million shares would have been more than enough.
Anyway I think they will announce uplisting on monday because this filing is often followed by an announcement for uplisting within 3 days of filing. Just look at CNDH. 2 days ago they did this A812B filing and today they announce uplisting.
