Have you tried calling the toll free IR number at the bottom of that great PR. I cant access it from canada. I guess they think all canadians are anti spng so they dont make their IR number available.
Strange, because there are many canadian longs in this one.

We don't ALL know that...it may be the sub-basement of the OTC, but it's still the OTC. The tricky part is leaving out the ".pk".
