I Have read all the info provided in this board including the Email and the 8K. Every thing looks Legit...but

Why it is not reflected in the PPS.

I've seen other stocks not raising with great PRs after finding out that Ceos were Further diluting the CO. Not saying that this is the case here. But just quite wary about it.

Other case could be MMs manipulation to cover their shorts at low prices.

I just wish this PR would be the real thing but it looks too good to be truth!.

Just My Humble opinion.
