I just found this board and am a Destiny long, couple years now. I'm bullish on the company and think it has huge opportunity ahead but, I'm just worried a bit about one thing. Does anyone know if the reference to lawsuits against Destiny by Yangaroo are anything to worry about? I saw a reference to an injunction in the US. Just wondering if David H thinks this is anything to worry about or just frivolous?
