Where is the 20 Milion they were going to retire?
I think they retired about 7mil from that as you can plainly see the O/S dropped from 678mil to 671.

Where is the buy back they were going to do?
only promise they haven't kept

Where is the 3.1 million is sales for 2007.
IMO Financing issues that everyone is aware of and some issues involving China which forced EI to turn to the US and the funeral industry itself in 2008, but then again we have gone over this many, MANY times

Where is the LOC?
They gave shares to someone so I am sure we will eventually get told what the progress is

What happened to the Inventory that was being sold on EBAY?
Well it didn't get sold and EI hasn't said anything, so IMO itsin limbo, where it probably should have been and may have been since the manufacturer had it all seized

Where is the .50 PPS they said would occur in 2007-8?
covered in answer 3, but then again we have gone over this many, MANY times

When was the last time they made a PR?
Octopber 23, 2009, not counting financial or SEC filings

Where are the updates for the Trade Show? None have been given out. Company has failed to keep Investors/Shareholders abreast of this inportant event.
Where was Joe-Bob's urn and casket maker? Sure the big 5 may or may not be there but their products are...Should EI have a booth at any Trade Show in the future? Not really unless THEY have a product that is not carried by an industry established company IMO. IMO EI proper should be there for appearance sake no question...EI needs to PR/Update shareholders on every sale? Batesvile and Mathews were there but I saw no PRs from them
