As has been stated too many times in the past; government contracts, municipal contracts ect in general do not happen in a matter of months. We just keep going round and round on this subject it's boring. There are experienced people on this board who have responded with solid replies enough to satisfy any question I may of had. Probably should put a link to it somewhere for easy access. I know hit the easy button!

Are you not the poster that claimed to have bought $75K at levels above the current SP? I think that I will do the exact opposite of your advice. Based on my past experiences those that loose thousands of dollars soon after investing become caught up in a torrential mindgame of do I don't I. etc etc. I'll take the advice I pay for it has some value.
