Interesting story.. but was his company currently servicing Lowes and Stanley contracts?? I don't see this company shutting down just because 5% or less of the assets are being moved to a private company..In fact I believe that what JD said is the truth..The original company will continue to service Lowes and other retailers and the private company will grow retail accounts of its own..Now if the one poster who said 100% of the assets were being moved was correct..then you might have a point..That poster however was wrong..
The free shares are coming and no amount of "this could be bad for investors" remarks will stop me from getting as many of those free shares that I can..Thanks for the story..but I would bet it is N/A here...veno
