if we can confirm a serious uptrend forming I will send out a few email alerts thats hits about 1.2K in followers (4 threads in all)((not a lot, but volume producing alerts when the stock and company is real vs risk))

I serious think CTIC has a great chance here --- just need to see the company hands stay at bay and we could be at a go here --
