How is MDGC (Imperial Wireless) connected to Clearwire? Does anyone know? They talk about rolling out their products in 19 states, etc. but when you actually try to sign up for their service, it is clear that they are merely a representative of Clearwire (a well-established company) in most of the service area. So what does MDGC actually own? Aside from the towers they supposedly purchased, I am not sure. If they are merely a rep of Clearwire and a reseller of Clearwire's products, then this stock has no future. However, it looks like they rolled out WIMAX to Portland OR recently, which was already part of Clearwire's service area as of 2008. I am puzzled as to what MDGC actually owns. Any info on this would be appreciated.
