We know that we have been repeating ourselves and it is frustrating, but the SEC has made it difficult to say any different . We cant lead people on. What can be said is that we believe we can make an announcement shortly which we believe will be positive. If our negotiations do not break down with any last second problems it is possible to have news out within days. But again, we cannot make guarantees
